This juice gives you a lot of vitamin C from citrus fruits, and you also get amazing antioxidants.


3 guava
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice from 3 mandarins
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey


Extract the juice from the guava and mix with the other juices in a blender. Having finally in the honey and drink fresh.


This juice is very refreshing and gives you significant amounts of vitamin C to boost the immune system. Drink it every day when you feel like it.


1 pomegranate
4 apricots
1/2 lemon
1 orange
A pair of pineapple slices
8 grapes
1/2 glass of crushed ice


Wash and remove the seeds from the grapes, lemon, pomegranate, pineapple and orange. Share and scale and remove the kernels from apricots. Place all the fruit in the blender and blend thoroughly. Add to the end of the ice and drink it immediately.
